When you make a reservation directly through our website: journeylab.org, we offer no-hassle refunds up to fifteen days prior to the performance date. We offer unlimited and free exchanges from the date of purchase to any remaining production date, when applicable and based on availability. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds on gift cards, donations, bespoke or partnership experiences, or support contributions (such as the Navigators Club), or concession tickets. Our promise is available only through Journey Lab's direct productions, and can not be guaranteed for collaborative, or commissioned works. 

Reservations to workshops and the Journey Lab Symposium are also unavailable for refunds. We are able to pro-rated refunds on certain subscriptions, subject to terms. Some experiences require us to ship physical goods. In this event, we reserve the right to deduct shipping and goods costs from your refund. We want you to have a great experience with Journey Lab, and we will work our hardest to make you happy.
